Ruland clamping devices are an ideal way to attach components such as gears, sprockets and pulleys to shafts when high amounts of torque will be transmitted and a keyway is not desired. Clamping devices are made of components supplied to Ruland by overseas manufacturers that meet our rigorous standards for product quality. We then add our own black oxide finish and the same high performance socket head cap screws that we use in our collars and couplings. The result is a superior product with smooth torquing, surface protection, excellent holding power, a fine appearance and zero backlash operation that we are proud to sell under the Ruland name.
